Do your parents feel guilty and do you blame them...I am the mother of the 12-year-old girl whose growth plates are closed. She is only 4'7 and a half. I m also mad at her pediatrician for not warning me about precocious puberty. Sometimes I even regret marrying my husband who is only 5'6. I know I am just grieving, but I would do anything to take back time and to try hormonal therapy.

It totally depends on luck and you shouldn't blame yourself or feel guilty. Perfectly normal or tall parents can have children with dwarfism or turner syndrome or any other disease like cerebral palsy.

Your daughter having closed growth plates has nothing to do with your husband being 5'6".

To answer your question; no. If it wasn't for my parents I wouldn't exist (i.e. I would have a height of 0 feet and 0 inches).

Unless the short stature was a result of something like malnutrition, no the parents shouldn’t feel guilty. Having offspring comes with all sorts of possible genetic complications and in the grand scheme of things short stature is not high on the list of  y inheritable traits.

Kinda incel or extremist question.
A man's value in any aspect can't be evaluated by his sxxual appeal or you are just evaluating a male pro...stitute
Also if someone short are trusting 'sociological' surverys bs like men under XXX will be only loved with how many women,or men under XXX have lower IQ and EQ,or men under XXX can't earn how many and other incredible craps,then I suggest laughing him and surverys off cuz sociological conclusions can be manipulated and fabricated.
(I wouldn't like to dispute over this topic cuz I'm always thinking it's a piece of common knowledge.Suppose you are served as a national sociological investigator for politicians on the misson of counting so-called 'happiness' rate of domestic people,not only respondents but also you daren't tell the truth and you are gonna fabricate the conclusion such as 'Our people are enjoying this country through the demographics of sense of happiness:100%!')

Im really sorry that you feel upset about your daughter. But the problem isnt your husband, your daughter or her short height. The problem is heightism. There is a negative, social acceptable bias against short people that people ignore. Its  traumatizing and it ruins peoples lives. Limb Lengthening doesnt solve heightism. Its just  a way to confirm to society that there is a problem with being short and therefore doing surgery will eliminate the problem. im not against CLL. But its a better alternative to do both. If you see height discrimination in your or your daughters life call it out. So that people can know its sociall unacceptable to mistreat someone soley based on height.

You are just devastating her and even her daughter's spirits cuz you are revealing cruelly but not entirely correctly the social phenomena and you are distressing her.
It's undenible that society is biasing towards tall guys and short guys will be discriminated more or less on a daily basis but it's not an excuse to be an incel or an extremist.That's horrible and negative.
As for women,I think appearances play more roles in social respects and heights won't be problems unlike men.But even as a man,you can't blame society for discriminations towards your height otherwise you will be rendering into an anti-socialist and that's very ridiculous.
You can win respects through your talents,kindness,and so on.If you are a savior who can tackle African famines then you can compel an African-Black woman to suck your dck to comfort you a lot,let alone the whole world will appreciate your kindess like Mother Teresa of Calcutta

 An extremist? How am i an extremist? In my opinion an extremist is someone who advocated violence, or hatred towards another group.   I dont  advocate violence or bigotry. An incel stands for involuntarily celibate. Which in my case wouldnt work. While heightism is a problem for men. When it comes to dating shorter woman , or short woman have less of a problem finding a romantic partner. All I have been doing is uplifting short people. All my posts talk about treating short people as human beings because they are. I dont believe in superiority individuals or an inferiority individuals. I dont believe in those things. And nor is it in my vocabulary. i simply just acknowledge the negative bias towards short people. I address it because I want it to end. Not just for me but everyone else. Because everyone wants to belong,  and not outcasted.

I just tried to provided this mother and her child with some supportive words. And if its not working, well i accept that. Good luck to all doing CLL.

@berezoni
Abnormalities in the endocrine system is usually genetically passed down maternally. Unfortunately, I don't think marrying a 6 feet husband would have made your daughter any taller.
