some doctors say that for arms they only do humerus lengthening and ulna lengthening is only for unequal arms.
which doctor can lengthen ulna for cosmetic purpose?
The ones who don't care about their patient's well-being.

seriously? even clavicles lengthening is possible
Just because it's possible doesn't mean it's advisable. The forearm is the most dangerous segment to lengthen. Humerus is only performed for cosmetic reasons because it's the easiest of all limb segments.
The only surgeons I've contacted who have agreed to do forearm lengthening for cosmetic reasons are the ones who had negative reports about them to begin with.

But everybody knows that leg lengthening is advisable. Just ask any doctor...

jfk listen to kilokahn. he knows what he is talking about.
jfk stop being sarcastic on issues you know nothing about.
if you did 10 seconds of research: you would know:
Pronation and supination are a pair of unique movements possible only in the forearms and hands, allowing the human body to flip the palm either face up or face down. The muscles, bones, and joints of the human forearm are specifically arranged to permit these unique and important rotations of the hands.
do you have any idea of the danger of lengthening in a straight line bones that curve and bend when you supinate them. you will guaranty loss of function.
you can only lengthen in a straight line, because the bar is straight. you will damage bones that work like this in a really bad way.
I think you should retract your calling kilokahrn stupid, as it now seems jfk that your comment was the uneducated/stupid 1.
I swear all the freaks are out to play now, they justify their dangerous surgery wants such as clavicle lengthening or forearm lengthening and say how dare we "dis-agree" with their dreams because we did leg lengthening and so are hypocrites.
look guys some surgeries are just dangerous so stop attacking the messenger.
lol it would be like us/leg lengtheners saying don't transplant a head its dangerously and then the guy sais you broke your legs just for a few cm's, how dare you tell me not to transplant my head........... seriously there's a massive difference.

Well I am sure that similar things were said about leg lengthening decades ago. I would not judge anyone who wants to do that just like I dont want anyone to judge me for doing ll. It is just funny that someone who gets their leg broken call another operation dangerous and not advisable. Please be more tolerant. Even if it is dangerous now it doesn't mean it will stay like that forever and that there is no way to make it controlable (like ll).
Who are we to judge other people who want lengthen other things than legs?
I also know that Kilokhan is very popular in this forum so I was expecting these kind of reactions. Problem is that I dont give a fk about names and popularity.

I would not judge anyone who wants to get their head transplanted because they are paralyzed from neck down. I would never be able to feel the same way these guys do. I can imagine that it is horrible to live like that. At least that is not a cosmetic surgery like ll. And I am sure these people are ready to die for their dream. So are we.
Again: Who are we to judge them???
Now these people are crazy and we are normal? Just like "normal" people tell us how stupid and crazy we are? Guys please be more tolerant and dont judge people just because you have no idea what they are going through. Pathetic that these things happen on a LL forum...Shame on you guys!
