I’m trying to do 6 on femurs and 4 on tibias which would put me at about 6’1-6’2. Wingspan however is 5’9. I would want to lengthen the arms (humerus) by 2-3inches if possible. Would that make my arms proportion insane, or would it not be that bad and actually help the overall look?

Why on earth would anyone do arm lengthening besides for dwarfism or deformities? There's little to no reward for doing it.

99% won't do AL after LL.

For your question, look at him,

he did 30cm and a lot of humerus, does he look weird? I mean he still is short and if you look closely his forearms and hands don't really fit his height but he was an achondroplasia patient, even with that it is a huge improvement. So do you need AL? No.

Stick to lengthening only once and you will not need this arm lengthening which is idiotic to begin with unless you have genuinly short arms to begin with, I am going to assume you do not suffer from dwarfism.

As someone who wanted AL as my third surgery...

Do LL first then and only then you will know if you really want/need AL. Now not only i dont want AL but I dont even want a second LL surgery...

If you are 170cm+ you really dont need LL...my2cents

See where your arms are at 2-2.5 inches shorter than your height and look in the mirror to see whether it looks weird to you and you can either keep lengthening or stop
