I have a friend who is 5'5 and he's going to do two LL segments and has one scheduled in the summer. He plans on getting up to 5'10-5'11. I have read that forearm lengthening is dangerous, but he wants to know if Paley preforms it if requested, he would only want 3cm each side. He has emailed Paley and hasn't got a response.

Forearm lengthening is very dangerous, better humerus lengthening, dont touch forearms, healing is bad And there are Many delicated structures. Answering your question, I dont think he would want to lengthen forearm, Iamready lengthened his humerus with paley.

Edit: Never mind, just read "forearm" lengthening and not humerus.

Don't.

He can do it if he's okay with sacrificing masturbation stamina or playing an instrument XD

This isn't for me like I said and all he wants is the answer. If he went to dr paley asking for this would dr paley preform it? Obviously he wouldn't go to anyone else.
