Probably, but so marginally small of a difference so that it basically doesn't make them smarter or anything on average. Maybe 1iq more lol

Size of the brain has no relevance to the intellect level. Believe me, just googled Does tall people have bigger brain then short people

oof, IQ has nothing to do with brain size this answer is wrong. IQ is genetic and factors like associative connectivity and neuronal density play a role.  humans have higher intellect because the amount of energy put into the brain in comparison to the rest of the body is way larger, whales have way bigger brains but their ratio of 10 kg brain tissue to 100 000kg body weight is way smaller than 1.5kg to 70 kg in humans.

In most people only bone size is different. Most organs are of the same size like the eyes, heart, brain, etc.

That’s actually quite interesting. I would have thought taller people had a slightly bigger heart due to the blood needing to be transported further than in a shorter body. If the heart is the same size then it could potentially mean that longer legs themselves from Limb Lengthening surgery does not put a strain on the heart even though it needs to pump blood 5-7 cm more the rest of its life.

Taller people are more likely to develop atrial fibrillation.
