I have short arms as I am sure many of us do. But I am wondering if anyone has considered lengthening them simultaneously?

I for one would love to do it but don't know how possible it is. I suppose theoretically it is but practically it is not. Anyway, I would like you guys' input

doesn't seem like a very good idea.
during tibial limb lengthening, you will want to use your upper extremities for transfers and if you are doing both simultaneously, you won't be able to get around

I'm pretty sure I've seen pictures of people who did it. From my understanding the humerus is the easiest bone to lengthen
