Long story short, I am 28 and it has taken me 10 years to get to a point of doing LL. These 10 years were extremely unproductive and has made me lose most friends, have had no relationships and in the last 3-4 years after covid-19 I have mostly stayed at home. This is the lowest point in my life. I have no will to do anything other than LL. I hope that once I cure this dysphoria, I will be able to get back to a normal life.

What should I do? Should I just embark on LL?

Don't stop taking your medications.  A girl in China did that and had a really rought time; got into fights with authority figures at the clinic.  They made her stop lengthening and leave short of her goal. Doing LL with severe depression

I am not on any medication. Should I see a doctor for medications, if I have the option of just doing LL instead?

Did you eventually wean off your medications if you were on them?
