I completely agree. A noticeable height gain while lengthening under the amount where many complications seem to occur. Those who wish to push to more extreme lengths have no right to criticize somebody wishing to be more conservative.

Hmm iv been reading around internet it says fixin your posture can help you grow a few cm... is that   true or? iv had a bad posture my whole life and i was thinking about fixing it since iv get so easy sore in my back because of weak muscles... and im tired to look like quasimodo tbh.

So is there somone here that have fixed their posture and acctually gaind some cm or is this all bull ! ill do it anyway because i really need to fix my back and neck but it would be a nice bonus if it added on a few cm.

Take glucosamine inversion table and correct posture you should be able to get 1 cm but then your gonna have to keep doing to maintain the lengthenin.

Quote from: Body Builder on March 12, 2017, 11:23:43 AMIf you'll probably do 2-3 cm, then not do LL at all.
You'll not lose your time and money and you won't risk complications (because every major surgery has complications) for nothing.
Because 3 cm (a little more than an inch) is almost nothing and it won't make any difference in your appearance.

3-4 cm makes a huge difference percentile wise and that is what matters.

5'8 is 20th percentile. 5'9 is about 40th percentile.

I could only do 1 inch due to complications, and I can tell you first hand that even this small amount was noticeable to people (mostly girls) who were up to 2 inches shorter then me or up to 3 inches taller than my original height. This makes the save amount of 4cm very noticeable. But LL only makes a difference in ones life if they jump from "too short" to "below average" or from there to average height ect.

I will not do more than 4cm more likely iv go with 2-3cm...

Unlike most bitter, close-minded shorties here who think it's taboo for a tall guy to get into this surgery, I support you 100%, but I don't support you paying all of this money, spending all of this time, being subjected to so much pain and trauma for the sake of 3 CM. Go for 5 CM. You'll lose more or less the same athletic ability, but you're getting more height.

Are short people bitter? Maybe, but they objectively have all the rights to be. Are they close-minded? Certainly not. They see reality much more clearer, because they are the ones who have to deal with it under the most difficult circumstances every f*cking single day. But what do "shorties" know...
Now short LLers are eve getting ridiculed by taller CLLers, awesome  Doing max 4cm length
