Guys we should help short poor people in poor countries, I know It is expensive but at list we live in good countries but there are lot of short people who suffer from their height and really need help, all I want is just create a donation box and make every year 10 surgery in cheap countries.

Bro, LL is optional / elective procedure, you can live without it. Most people in emerging and developing countries would choose basic necessities like food over LL. Dude, do you have any idea how many mouths you can feed at the cost of one LL surgery. If you really care for the under-privileged or KARMA, start by donating food and if you wish to do beyond, perhaps try creating fund to help people from life threatening diseases such as cancer, AIDS, COVID, etc.

LL would be such a waste of charity.
