Easy way to transfer money to India

I want to schedule a web consultation with Dr Parihar and the fees are US$200. I totally agree with the fee, but the problem is with brazilian international swift bank fees, I'll pay US$400 and I don't think its fair (the bank, not dr Parihar).

I was thinking about buying bitcoins in Brazil, selling it in India and transfer the money to Parihar account. I tried Unocoin, but I can't register because I don't have an indian phone number.

Can somebody help me?
