This is a truly inspiring story! I have very bad height dysphoria and I am always jealous of people around me who are tall and wondering why I cannot be like them. I learned about CLL but I am worried about not being to do sports again after the surgery. Reading about your experience gives me hope again, and I am sure you will do well in your third round!
People always ask me how my life changed doing LL, so i will write it here because its FAQ for sure
In 2018 and 2019 l did femurs for 8 cm followed by tibia for / cm from 5'5-5'10 and it has dramatically transformed my life I have regained athletic function, play sports with friends no one can tell I've ever done anything
From 5'5-5'8 Being 5'8 was a complete life change. it's almost like playing GTA and you unlock more of the map.
Specifically a certain tier of women who wouldn't take me seriously I was able to actually date. I was even able to date 5'9 5'10 girls because I was so confident. That being said, I did still have to make sure everything else was optimized (fitness, social skills, money, etc)
This was probably the height where all my depression of being short actually vanished. I was no longer depressed.
At this point I was completely normal, and could theoretically have stopped there and let a healthy life. But I figured since i climbed out of the abyss of being short. I might as well go for glory, and do another round.
5'8-5'10 (btw street height is 5'11) This is the height that I currently am Again the same benefits continued. Again ! unlocked another Tier of women that I did not have access to when I was 5'8. Unfortunately, we do live in a society where some women will not even consider you unless you are +6' However, at this height, especially while wearing lifts I can reach 6'1 while I am out. I virtually have no problem with women, but there still is another tier of women who want the top guy, guys who are 6 3 etc and acknowledge that I don't have access to these women, unless I try to make up for it by spending a ton of money on them, which I have no interest in. This is an amazing height to be but it's not as a glorious as I thought it would be. 5'11 it's still considered average within the normal range. Girls don't treat you like you're tall and they don't even say you're tall. I am just slightly tall but viewed as average height
Next steps: 5'10-6'1 I recently discovered that my wingspan is 70 inches (5'10) and have decided that I'm going to do round three As you can tell, I am really happy, but because I climbed out of such a dark abyss when I was short, I don't feel like simply being an average height makes up for how much pain I had to endure to be this height. I look around me I see many guys who are 6'2 6'3 And didn't have to go through any pain. I'm not saying I envy them but I am saying that I deserve to feel the glory given how much pain I went through. I also know in this height bracket, you can get away with being a tier person. Not saying that's my goal but girls would rather date someone with a criminal history who is 6'4 vs someone who is average height who is rich & does everything perfect. In short (lol) the taller you are, the less you have to "try" to be dating material, women will just "put up with your crap vs if you are 5'5, you gotta walk on eggshells
That being said though, because my life is already good, i would only do LL round 3 if there was a full weight-bearing nail. With the current precise 2, its not worth it. I'm in a position now where if the weight bearing nail comes out, i'd do it. If not, im still happy as is. Its more of a want now, not a need
Can I ask what to you exactly sets this other tier of women that you don't have access to apart from the others? Like what are they bringing to the table? Is it just normal decent looking women with a height fetish and you want a higher share of options, or what?

Honestly, I would not go for another LL. You have been already being blessed with this wingspan so that you have perfect proportions with none restrictions to your biomechanics now. This will change if you go further. However if you do it I wish you good luck!

You are already tall enough.
Women go for your friend because he might be better looking or having more charisma.

My risk tolerance is fairly low
Seeing that I’ve already done this twice I would only do the third round with Dr. PALEY as he is the safest option. In case anything bad more to happen, I would want to be in North America and in the best hands possible.
