Hi,

I had my stryde nails removed in March and I did my first run yesterday and there was no problems at all.  I also did a bunch of jumping jacks and burpees in the park - again no problems at all.  I honestly cannot see any difference compared to before surgery except that I am of course not as fit which I will hopefully fix in the next few weeks.  So to all those concerned with athletic ability, unless you plan on being a professional sports star then provided there are no serious complications you should have the same ability as before LL.

Is three months the norm for resuming physical activity after nail removal?

Stryde sounds super effective, can you do it for tibia and femur or only one?

Hi, my lengthening was measured at around 7+cm by xray - but I am somewhat skeptical about the accuracy of X-ray measurement.  The change of nails further complicated the exactness of any measurement.  I would therefore conservatively round down to 6cm.
I won't be uploading a video.  Yes Stryde can be used for tibia lengthening too.
