We do it on the bed (And if you want further detail, also on the kitchen table, the clothes washing machine and the floor). The standing position are done when we are both in shoes since we dont completely undress. Understandble?

and about average at 185 cm in Holland and Germany
I see regularly Germans and Belgians, and I do not feel that they are much larger than the French people
maybe a little
I do not say that the average is wrong, but i have doubt for germans
and i know in spain the average is 178 cm for men

  Those averages are wayyyyy over rated... I at my gargantuan 5'7 with 3cm shoes dont feel too much short (maybe a little). But I doubt that the average height in spain is 178cm for men.. I have seen spanish dudes and they are not tall at all... I also dated here a girl from Barcelona and she said that I am at a nice height (She chose me out of one dude who is prob 5'9 and another who is prob 5'11).

but why climb averages? the world is so hopeless ?
when I see that even 190 Hollywood stars put lift (supposition, John Wayne for exemple)...
finally we underestimate the importance of height
it's fun to see how the actions of great men influence on it
Hitler was 1m75 is described as short and vice versa 174 Leonardo da Vinci who was described as tall

and the 185 average in Croatie seem so tall
anybody in his country to confirm ?
