A good looking guy rarely has poor social astuteness, because isn't it obvious? Growing up with positive reinforcement their whole lives, hence confidence etc. Unless the good looking guy is "extremely" smart, I would doubt they would have any problems socially because girls rarely discount a dumb guy let alone a good looking one, because they themselves suck socially believe it or not.

I was bullied daily until the day i left school,not because i was ugly though,one thing i will say getting bullied definitely doesn't make you stronger,getting positive reinforcement your whole life,now that makes you stronger,so as you alluded to it's no surprise you don't get many good looking socially inept individuals,that only happens if they have a weak psyche,starting out then don't recover.

I have gotten better socially for sure,but still pretty socially inept tbh,bear in mind when i left school i could barely look someone in the eye.I think by 22,23 i should have it all figured out,but i definitely think it set me back a lot,and if i had a positive upbringing socially,would already be there by now.And to answer your original question yes from my first year at school i was mentally behind,all the way up to about 18,which obviously by then i missed out on my teen years,i also got bullied because i was always extremely skinny growing up,at 14 i was 5'7 and about 105 pounds soaking wet,so an easy target still,despite not being short.
I agree. but look at those rappers like lil uzi, lil pump, YBN Nahmir. they still get lady, money everyday.

What do you mean by mentally behind? like having poor performance academically or being socially obtuse? I would get bullied too but it started from childhood and ended in high school when I finally decided to drop out and joined a private examination board, being a autodidact served me better than any school could.
