I had an operation today. I entered the operating room at a
:)round 8 o'clock and returned to the ward around 2 o'clock. I haven't felt any pain yet, and the doctor told me to start doing some simple stretches to aid recovery. I got a lot of help because of the forum, so I can answer your questions without compromising privacy.
I only asked for five centimeters, if all goes well, I may extend to five and a half centimeters.
I'm almost 40 years old and my initial height is 170cm.
Today I started to practice standing and moving and I have to say it's a lot of work and I have to put most of my weight on my hands. After ten steps with the walker I was sweating profusely and had to stop to rest.
I didn't feel any pain. I don't have any oral medication for the time being except the infusion, they gave me oral painkillers, but I didn't use them.
:)I tried going up and down the stairs today, it was really physical work. I was transferred to the new single ward which I have to say is definitely VIP level, unfortunately I will be discharged tomorrow and will only be here for a day.
Next I temporarily stayed at the Athens Avenue Hotel. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from where I do my rehab
Because that hotel has no vacancies
No, it is more expensive, about 75 euros a day. I didn't feel any pain today, I was walking according to the doctor's request, and tomorrow I will officially start the rehabilitation training.
I came to physiotherapy today and saw a lot of friends. It seems that all races are obsessed with height. Stretching makes me feel sore. Using various instruments has different feelings, in general I quite like these feelings
