Some patients used to have it, but now the patients have basically mastered it. Today, I met many friends and joined their group. I am really happy.

I'm glad to hear you've made friends there  G-nail with Dr.Giotikas

What is the clicking technique like? Do you need assistance with clicking?

Today is the first day of my own click.  I originally thought I didn't need assistance, but I didn't expect it to be so difficult to click. I found a lot of different angles to click to complete.  I think my muscles are a little strained

Today I had my first X-ray after discharge and everything was fine.  This week my clicks have gone up to 21 per day, which honestly makes me a little anxious, but I'll try.

The fear of clicking is far greater than the pain.  Because that damn sound sounds like the bones are out of place.
