I'm an East Asian male and I'm going to undergo tibial LL surgery with LON method in the near future ,also correct my bow legs (varus) at the same time. I have observed in daily life that genu varus is more common in male and genu valgus is more common in female. I don't know if the stats show the same result of the gender difference. I'm worried I'll look feminine if I straighten my legs too much, will it?What are the gender differences in terms of leg shape (tibia, femur, knee joint)?

In fact, a very smart Canadian patient in Beijing did a bunch of research and convinced the doctors to put a little bit of a bow in his legs so they would still look masculine despite lengthening 7.5 cm. Several foreign patients followed, although I did not.
Hi sir,I'm also curious about the LON method, at what time point will the doctor adjust the leg shape,do u know that?
