Femurs look long but passable, the tibias look pretty absurd. Honestly I think that the femurs would look really weird if he lost 10 pounds of muscle on his legs. Shows how much filling out can help. Calves can’t be built nearly as much.

imo the arms are too short. it's not like super noticeable and the end of the world but to really be ideal the palm of the hand should be about in the middle of the femur when standing straight. Ik he doesn't stand straight in the pic but overall I'd say his arms should be about 4 inches (2 inches per arm) longer.
His legs are hillariously tall.
With at least 4 cm shorter tibias and 3-4 cm shorter femurs he would look good.
It has ridiculously long legs and btw his chin is abnormally big...
