Yes the most tension by far is in the 8cm femur, unfortunately there were some post CLL surgery issues with my other knee so the 5.3 cm knee is very noisy and crunchy nowadays..

You've probably just graduated college, and 15/17 year old girls are still in high school. They don't pay rent or have kids, so of course they won't understand the importance of money.
I can still recall that in elementary, kids who were most popular with girls were those who excelled in PE, in senior high school it was those who rocked their SATs and made it to prestigious universities. In universities, it was those who got the best corporate internships.
Once girls enter the workplace, they start lusting over executives who are in positions of wealth and power. This doesn't always mean bugatti bags or lambos. it could be as simple as moving in together to someplace nice and not having to split the rent. Out of my past 7 relationships, there's one universal truth -- women love rich men not because they're rich, but that they can afford to be generous.
I have yet to meet any attractive female college grad who date men that are paid by the hour.

It is rare that I jump into a topic other than limb lengthening in this forum, but flirting with beautiful sxxy women used to be my other passion before getting married

Women are in my opinion at their hottest when they are 26. I’ve said it in my early 20s, and I still think it. Now this is a generalization. I have met 40/50 year old women that put a lot of 20 year old to shame.
18-21 year old women are also attracted to men in their 30s.
It’s all about attitude and presentation, and it goes both ways.
All my patients will tell you about that conversation we have during the initial visit in office: limb lengthening will only get you so far. It is also important to work on body composition (work out diligently) gain muscle mass. Get a nice hair style (shaved head is also a style). Work on your confidence, on your speech flow. On how to be kind, funny without being overly cky. Learn how to be passionate about some topics.
