Quote from: NotTall84 on September 13, 2021, 02:00:56 AMHey, thank you for replying. Did you do your surgery in America? The possibility of not having full recovery scares me. I am not an athlete but I love to lift and stay active. I also have very flat feet which causes a bit of knee pain. I wonder if that would be worse after surgery.

Do you have any regrets if I may ask?

30 year old, did LON Femur in Turkey - 5cm. Recovering perfectly fine, I'd recommend everybody under 40 to do at least 6-7cm.

Painful as fk, but I am 100% willing to do Tibias as soon as I get the chance. Real talk.

Not trying to be an assh*le but I get these questions everyday. Read through my diary, look up what LON looks like. You'll never feel this amount of pain in your life, very few people ever do. Whatever neurological pain your height is causing you must be greater than your will to live. It's survivable of course, but it's unlike anything you've ever been through.

Also, if you don't have the self sufficiency to do the research I don't think this is for you; surviving Turkey with broken legs is not for the weak.

Your bones will not shrink significantly. Most of your height loss is from spinal compression. This is also why older people have back problems. Their joints are extremely stiff from loss of joint fluids.

My diary is my signature Good option for man in late 30s?

I had my surgery in Europe and Australia, I regret the loss of flexibility, feeling less able to protect my loved ones/myself in dangerous situations, I regret the ongoing loss of agility and speed the and ongoing tightness/discomfort in my femurs, I regret that I still have a 2.7 cm LLD , and the fact that I still need another surgery for that LLD , and then another to remove the rods....
I regret the half truths and lies I told to avoid revealing my surgery, i regret the $50k+ I have spent thus far...
I notice more women show interest, but I am not sure if this has been good for my now disintegrating marriage of 35 years...

Do you have tightness in both legs or just the one lengthened 8cm? I assume the 8cm leg is more tight?

Why do you think that you are too old 37? Men are at their peak from 40 till 50 as males so I can't understand your way of thinking.
If money is not a problem for you and you can stand the pain then yes, it is a relatively safe surgery especially with Paley.
Go for 6-7 cm on femurs amd you'll have a respectable height without many risks, if you really want it. Because even your current height is not bad.

Exactly. There are crucial differences between Schwarzenegger and Duke of Weselton.Every girl is desiring to touch Schwarzenegger's muscles and figures instead of Weselton's bald hair.

A healthy male in 30s will recover faster than an unhealthy male in their 20s. Normal distribution any you could be anywhere on that. Other demographics play a role.

You won't notice any loss in height until older unless you have an underling pathology.

If you are healthy, don't smoke and disciplined you are not too old.
