Great video.

I liked that Dr Paley was calling out Dr Sarin for being a butcher and imploring surgeons in India to get his license revoked - wouldn't name him so he doesn't get sued, but it's clear who he's talking about.

Also good to see Dr Parihar looking well.

According to Paley & Assayag / conclusions from the interview

- You should avoid: LiveLifeTaller, Sarin and Dr Betz / Becker - Betzbone.

- Doing LON is not a terrible choice, if you for some reason can't do or afford Precice which is still way superior.

- Avoid doing the tibias since almost all of the complications they talked about was stemming from doing that segment.

Going over the video again, anyone have an idea as to which surgeon the case at 1:04:05 went to in the States? Dr Assayag says it wasn't the Paley Center, but another surgeon that advertises very heavily. Hmm...

He means depishard. Yep he also screw up peoples Tibia and fibula alignment. If it was a one time incident Paley wouldn't have mentioned it.

And now because one surgeon is bad in the US all of them are terrible, never go to the US! (Irony)

Moshek his talking about Betzbone / Gnail complications at 1 hour 10 minutes.

Overandover if you think that you can just sue a surgeon within the US and just easily win the case, then your're delusional. The average short guy don't have the money for sueing a millionare surgeon having operating for multiple years / decades as well as paying for the surgery.

Another downside doing the surgery in the US is that the surgery is coming without an accommodation package like Afa's or Birkholtz with everything in one building, which makes the hole surgery way harder espically on a non weightbearing nail. Your're forced to take a taxi multiple times a week, finding your own place to live, sometimes finding psychio thereapy yourself etc. all while not being able to walk. No clinic as far as I can see in the US is offering this type of convenience...

Sure the surgeons in the US are for the most part more experienced than most other surgeons around the world, but they're also way, way more expensive, and I like many others don't have 100.000+ dollars in total to pay for the surgery unfortunately.
