apparenlty the left has been clicked on a bad angle..but regardless there is so little bone..a lot is reamed to fit a 12.5mm precise. could i face any issue?
anyone you know of had similar experience?
*bump*
Honestly I'm not sure, I've seen worse but if it was like that on both sides I would be worried.
What I am worried about is the bottom.
I heard from Dr. Paley somewhere that using all three screws on the bottom is bad and can cause complications. Don't remember where though.

thanks man, i am only concered about the left photo that only has a thin lining just next to the screws in that particular angle. the leg isnt exactly straight but still it looks that area is thin and prone to fracture/delayed union?
are there any xrays like this on the forum?
everything is fine, dont worry

dont you think the too thin side might caude an issur later on:, say during removal
Check oyg's diary. His nails were also on the larger side with thin bone left on the sides.
Betz and Guichet routinely insert extremely large nails.
Can you also post lateral views of x-rays?
thanks @one.
I think my nail is even thicker lol.
Also i am yet to get another view.
