Quote from: Medieval European on September 05, 2021, 04:35:46 PMNo you can't and what's more external methods on femur will decelerate your recovery and your athletics will deteroriate at a high pace as time moves forward so forget anything about external femur it's just a piece of white lie.
Meck is an outlier and I couldn't figure out but that was 1 situtation of 10000000000000

Walking is not a measure of recovery. Even Sedat, who did 20cm in three surgeries can walk,
As far as running sprinting jogging long distance walking, doubt they can do that

The most of patients in this forum lie about their experience and recovery but the truth is LON on femur is Bull s**t ,
I really like your diary Activatedxx because you are telling the truth about LON femur and apart from you most of Baldu and some others drs patients diaries are misleading or under influence of marketing agencies fixed by LL Drs. for money. some patients are taking incentive from LL Drs. to work with them   to bring new patient to get incentive , this really a bad things.

Meck noted that he is working out on a daily basis and his stature is fit actually seeing from one of his selfies. So I dunno think he was telling the white lie that he had entirely recovered from surgeries and also if his rehabilitations were not fine,he couldn't manage to drive his SUV.

Ask your favourite mr. M to show you sitting on ground and standing from ground  in a video and how he is sitting and coming out from SUV  , I REALLY don't don't to see his video because i know the truth, if he shows to you that will be eye opening for you

Why not recommend Thomas spinning or Chinese Kongfu you insane paranoid LOL.You have deprived him of his media and body state and I dunno what else you are wanting these days.Maybe the best testimonial for Meck is to bone you in one night stand in your perspective

Driving is possible anytime during lon femur. Does not reflect anything about recovery, driving uses your foot only, and maybe slightly calve muscle

Walking is not 100% recovery, sprinting and exercising long duration without pain or early fatigue is recovery

Done it, had a complication on left leg due to doctor error, requiring extra recovery time on that leg. Even without complication would never consider doing again
