Having spoken with both Drs personally I wouldn't be concerned with the skill and experience of either.

I found Dr Inan to be more ethical based on his responses.

Also the associated teams and post care lead me to favour Dr Inan for LL.

It’s not necessarily the experience. Buldu does 3-4 surgeries a day. I even had my removal on Sunday and he had three patients before me. He literally operated on me at 8:30pm.
The human mind can only focus so much before error.
I’m not saying he constantly makes errors, but me and another patient went through hell because of an error. He’s very experienced, but experience means less when you treat LL like an assembly line. I own a business that does technical repairs, won’t get into detail but, after my 2cnd 3rd repair my mind is exhausted.

I think what many still do not undersand is that this surgery has consequences for your health.
Some have chronic knee pain, some cannot walk for longer times, some cannot run.
It is important to not lengthen too much. The tissue and nerves can only be stretched by that much.
Meck is a cripple its a fact. He cannot do the things normal people can do with their legs.
Best LL doctor is Dr. Paley. But at the same time insanely expensive. He takes care of you and really
makes sure that your legs dont get fed up in the process. The only Dr. I trust. If I ever happen too have a spare
100k$ i would spend it on Paley. But to be honest i will buy an appartment for the 100k Halil buldu or Muharrem Inan?

I came to the same conclusion, the AFA team under Dr. Inan does not  market their services nearly as much as livelivetaller aswell. Are you planning to do the surgery with Dr inan?

Quote from: Shatter. Gee. 11 on September 10, 2021, 04:34:03 PMreally appreciate the fact that youre sharing your experience. Can you explain a bit on what you mean by "doctor error"? Which doc did you go to?

This is the biggest problem with exfix on Femur. No good doc does it. going to a shady doc is scarier than LON on femurs tbh. Sarin does it. Buldu does it. sarin is a quack for sure. from your words it seems even buldu is shady af

The nail wasn’t installed correctly on my left leg. Requiring an extra surgery to take it out and reinstall, during the reinstalling nail surgery he broke my femur more

It did get the job done, but the process was brutal and terrible.

Experience does not matter as much as attention to detail
Buldu is more experienced but does 4 surgeries a day usually. Buldus a nice guy honestly, as a person he’s friendly, but I believe morally it’s wrong for someone to treat LL like an assembly line and offer that method

If Precice re-enters the market in the next 3 months, I plan to have surgery on the tibia. I researched these two doctors and consulted Dr. Inan online. The fact that Dr. Inan is an academic is reassuring. A more respected and experienced surgeon globally. Dr. Buldu operated on a large number of patients in a short time, but there were many successful cases, as well as too many patients with complications and permanent damage (I spoke to these patients myself). Dr. Buldu's advertising policy with high lengthening, especially in the LON femur, does not seem right to me because all these people who exceed the safe limit are shown without any problems and it is not known how their condition is after years. Why do we not see these lengthening rates in Dr. Paley or other successful surgeons? Does Dr. Buldu have a special technique that goes beyond the limits of human genetics? As a result, I think that Dr. Inan is more successful in internal methods and in the tibia, and I do not obsess over lengthening at high rates. That's why I guess I'm going to choose Dr. Inan.

Yes, I have contacted AFA. Nuvasive Turkey representive have ordered Precice nails, but it is not clear when they will be delivered, so we cannot determine the date of surgery.

Ok awesome, so it will probably be before the summer then. I'm planning to do tibias with LON in late May 2022. Wish you the best of luck Halil buldu or Muharrem Inan? Keep us updated on your journey!!
