Actually nobody made a comment, yet. Only one friend mentioned that I "had lost weight". It's interesting that people notice that something is different but don't really see, what it is.

No, I only take Calcium and Magnesium, but I use my exercise bike for 2-3hours per day. That increases the blood flow and therefore helps the body to heal.

Yes, I use a special cream for scars called "Contractubex", I have the impression that the scars get lighter with this cream.
