Because I read that 2 or 3 Guichet Nail patients died due to blood clots

What about Betz Bone? Is it more safe because its material is different?

Are basically the same nails, no differences.
Having embolia has nothing to do with nails... its all about surgeon skills and your body reactions to this big trauma.
Also, it counts your medical pre-condition and general metabolic tendencies of your body...

Do you know how can learn about general metabolic tendencies of their body? Are there any tests?

Yes, there are tests, but there are also many other factors which influence that.
Is better to never think about bad things. You have to choose the best surgeon that you can afford and pray to God to protect you... otherwise its a lottery.

I’m with others here, if you’re freshly post‑op, keep your mind on positives; the road ahead is long, stay patient, friend.
