Saw this on YouTube. Almost every height related video has some people in the comment section saying that how this powder made them taller in couple of months. I checked its ingredients, which basically are Carob-flour, Wheat flour, Rye flour, Milk powder, and Oat flour Cinnamon. Is this some kind of scam or it actually works? It's very expensive tho, 169 USD for one pot. Purely because of curiosity, I bought one pot. I will update the results to see if this actually works or I just wasted $169.

I tried inversion , hanging, and all these crazy stretches , nothing works except maybe 1cm from correction of posture
Same. I tried stretch, inversion table, Glucosamine, horizontal bar hanging, yoga, and finally this stupid powder. Not even a mm gain. I guess only LL can save my ass now.
