People are massively downgrading the amount it affects your performance if absolutely no one has videoed them running 100m sprint.

Me... you can see my diary I'm running 9 months post op can run 2 miles at around 9 minutes/ mile ... I still have my rods though I know I'll get faster once they're out and as my strength/flexibility keeps improving with my daily stretches and often leg work outs.
