My honest take is that even 5'7 looks fine. I won't comment what looks the best but 5'7 doesnt look off. Now Imagine you just walking around people with clothes on.

Yeah, topic^People are massively downgrading the amount it affects your performance if absolutely no one has videoed them running 100m sprint.
