Have you ever seen a person who did 8cms and looks bad in terms of proportions?

Not considering inter-limb ratio. I'm talking about leg-to-body or armspan. Anyone who you'd say looks uncanny/off/bad?
Probably someone who, you would say, looks on edge with this amount?
It's known that many short guys have short legs which is by itself an ugly trait, and from what I've seen, those who did 5-6 cms only improved their proportions and I really never seen exceptions here. But what about those who did 8cms?

There is this retard on IG who is/was a butcher Buldu shiller, @letremba but he did 10cm. He also was looking to a second surgery (lol) he definetely looks really weird.

With him was this black american guy who did an insane amount too. Looks weird too. They both suddenly dissapeared from social media.

I checked this first dude. He has weird personality and tons of insecurities. But speaking of proportions he looks good, aside of his ridiculous femur-tibia ratio. If I met him IRL I wouldn't even think that he had LL until I noticed how low his knee caps are and his ridiculous gate. At least when he is in clothes it looks so.

He is in a sweet spot of attractive long legs, but if he will push for another surgery he 100% will end up with totally ruined leg-to-body ratio. He should've had 2 surgeries with a total of 11 cm and he would have been just beautiful.
