The lengthening of the veins while stretching the legs may be disrupting the autonomic nervous system. I can no longer sleep as I used to, my sleep is constantly disturbed and I cannot sleep efficiently. As our leg lengthens, our veins lengthen and the elongated veins actually narrow. Maybe the increase in our heart rate may have something to do with this. I have been complaining about the increase in my heart rate for almost a year. It occurs especially in the morning after waking up from sleep. When I stand up, my pulse rate increases significantly.
I'm sure I'm having palpitations because of the surgery, my heart is contracting and relaxing harder now.I have more palpitations, especially after waking up from sleep. Gentlemen, I think we may have shortened our lives a little with this surgery. For about a year after surgery, I seriously worried about my heart rate and saw 2 or 3 cardiologists, none of whom could find any meaning.
I think the main reason for our palpitations is the nervous tension that occurs as our legs grow longer, our nervous system has become very sensitive. Another possibility may be that it occurs due to the lengthening and narrowing of the veins, I have seen these complaints in 5-6 other people on the forum, I definitely want you to know this, gentlemen! This is definitely not a coincidence

Thank you for your reply. I think there should be some correlation between heart rate and limb lengthening. I also found the discussion on the forum for your reference.
Recently, my heart rate has slowly returned to its original state of 60-65. It seems that the fracture recovery period does cause physical stress, causing the heart rate to increase. My soft tissue is still recovering.
