What i can tell ladies and gentleman's, i was 5 ft 10 until the age of 21 ,now i 22 and im like 5 10.75 (very close to 180 ),so growing didn't stop at the age of 18 or smth

Its not a general rule, people are different.

I jumped from 5'5 to 5'7 in last year and im 21yo currently.

Might want to get your growth plates x-ray'd, even though you are already at a great height.

I'm happy for you! However most males are done growing by 18, sometimes even few years before that age.

Thank you!there no doubt it is ,18 y.o. or earlier kind of border,but for sure we have an exceptions.I just need couple more inches and im done

One of the  Doctors did my x-rays and told me it was closed or they were same age as me at 20

How many years  did you stayed  at 5 10"?

If you are under 25 try growth hormones. It's probably not going to work but there is a slight chance perhaps according to the natural height growth website.

High enough doses to work are both expensive and dangerous. Just start saving for tibial CLL if you really think height is going to change that much of your life.

Yup ,im 22 ,not really sure if anything going to change,but i tried HgH at 21 for a month  (not high doses)
