I’m certain this subject has been discussed frequently…

How vital is a proper diet for development? I’ve come across information stating that primarily genetics dictate your height and that diet has a minor influence.

I was raised in a western country but had an unhealthy diet during my youth.
I wasn’t fond of milk but consumed it until the age of 13 while at school. I did eat cereal with milk, though I never did down it like some kids do.

Here in the United States, we used to see TV ads encouraging kids to drink milk to increase their height. I often ponder whether if I had just downed milk like other boys, would I have been taller? I’m approximately 5’9, but the males in my family are taller, most exceeding 6ft.

Do not fixate on irrevocable past errors that might not have impacted anything currently. It squanders your time and energy, and leads to negative feelings about yourself, ultimately deteriorating your future. Engage in something constructive and advantageous with your time in the present.

I concur with what MOD mentioned. Regretting your past actions is futile.
However, if you can turn it into a component of the knowledge for assisting your children in becoming taller, then it can be meaningful.

No.
I’m fairly certain they have collected a significant amount of data from identical twins, and as long as one didn’t experience a medical issue or was raised in a place like North Korea under severe poverty, the variation is approximately half an inch.

Glad to hear that. A matter not to regret, I guess.
