Hear me out on this I am being realistic. I am sure some in your research to grow taller have once seen online about the women in Africa or what ever land it is that wear this tribal necklaces.

Im not advocating to use to go get those items implanted in our neck but what I am curious if we could find something to grow close to a cm in the neck. Of course it would not be on all day it would have to be when were at home. I was thinking of neck braces but I am not sure how effective it would be in tightening the neck. Give me your opinions what do you think could be a good item to use on the neck.

I really need to ask, why would you want to lengthen your neck?

Because Im trying to convince myself to just go for 4 cm in the surgery. I figure if I lengthen my neck for a few mm, take glucosomine for a few mm and improve my posture for a few mm that I could realistically gain 1 cm.

What's the point of doing that stupid crap that will disappear as soon as you stop doing it just for 1cm?

Well I figure that taking the glucosomine and having good posture is possible to maintain. On the neck that's true I would have to keep doing it at least in a semi regular time.

You might be thinking about a tribe of Myanmar people that does neck "lengthening" with metal coils around their neck: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kayan_people_(Myanmar)

"The neck itself is not lengthened; the appearance of a stretched neck is created by the deformation of the clavicle."

Not to mention all the nerves in your neck, this is a terrible idea.

Come on guys, we know there is no alternative to LL. No pill, no hormone, no stretching regimen.
