Quote from: wants2growtaller on October 25, 2021, 02:07:52 AMHeightism impacts male and female. Sometimes I think the reason why some short men dont want short women to do CLL because they dont want short women to have the same amount of power and status.

I'm pretty sure it's because it's an almost useless procedure for a female, there's not much you can gain from it other than stopping some bullying

THis is going to be my last message. Because I dont feel like arguing. Heightism is a male and female problem. If you dont want to believe that then dont. Bye.

This is bologna.
A paraplegic man is doomed to a lonely life. A paraplegic woman will find a a super simp to provide even if she is butt ugly.

How tall are you?

If this is such a big issue you were serious about fixing you would have gotten or saved up for surgery already!

She might feel inferior if 99% of women are taller than her.. I know a girl who only wears 5inch heels for that reason. Understandable, especially in a corporate setting. Also curious how tall you are if you don't mind me asking

Thank you for sticking up for me. But i dont feel inferior being short. Its other people that mistreat me and think Im inferior because Im short because of who they are. I just dont like being mistreated. And I was just looking for someone to chat.

wrong, wrong indeed and this is quite surprising to me either, after I had the surgery I also found out many females LL patients as well. At first, I thought only males would do this, well you never know

For everyone new here, don’t interact with this person, she’s been spamming nonsense for years, look at her post history. Normally I don’t think people on this forum need therapy over the surgery but this person is the exception, I think you genuinely need serious psychiatric help. Get off this forum it’s not good for you.

In fact, before my LONG post in the topic "Experiencing heightism" (trying to help somebody seeming a bit "disoriented"), I hadn't seen this topic before, and it seems the same subject as the other, from 13 November.

"wants2growtaller", what happened? You needed to chat privately and  "ilovescience" said it was ok.
It didn't help?
Otherwise it seems repetitive as others say...

Also there seems to be some confusion with the words.  Some call "heightism" as discrimination against short people while others also in the forum say "heightism" is being very short, like shorter than 95% or 97% of people of the same sxx and same population (or origin/parents' population). I am not English native speaker. In your case what's really the problem?

The fact that they do it doesn't mean it's useful to them.

Why are you making out to be bad guy?

So whoat if I ask for continuous support. People ask for support, chat or private chat on more than one occassion.

So what if I have more than one topic about heightism. Its not a crime to talk about heightism. Heightism is a contiuous and major problem. So y'all are mad because I think short people should be treated  fairly like EVERY other human?

Y'all are trying your best to shame me. Shame me for what? For asking for support, chat or discussing heightism? As oppose to other people who constnatly talk about their wingspan, alternative to grow taller?

Why dont you go and spend that same  bullying energy on other people who post many posts per day. Just look at the pages 1,2,3,4, etc It isnt me that is posting all the time.

Yall just like to demonize me and bully me because other people are doing it. Seriously move on.
