Hello everyone,

I did LON tibia and I did the fixture removal about 10 days. Yet my feet’s still have the ballerina syndrome

This is how high my feet are

Anyone have experience this? How long did it take to go back to normal from this height ? I do physiotherapy exercises myself daily but not in contact with the doctor or the clinic anymore.

Let me first start with please be careful to where you go. It can be the most dramatic experience and you can be traumatised.

I did 5 cm but I was in a very bad clinic.
