Hi guys I remember reading a thread a week ago on here that grabbed my interest immensely, but I can't seem to find it.
It was about a guy who refused to name himself or the doctor or even the amount lengthened. He started off the post by talking about meeting a limb lengthening patient in his area and was surprised by how well he turned out. He also gave out methods on how to prep for lengthening by using splints like this one 
and a quadricep hypertophy device like this one
He even gave supplement regimens that would help.
