Did you gain height through working out? What sort of workouts?

I found out about the limb lengthening community years ago after googling for info re: long femurs and squatting. I've been lurking/occasionally posting since and although there are plenty of things I don't like about myself I've never considered or wanted LL. I consider my legs to be too long anyway. But most of all I like not being crippled.

I stretched all my hands to maximum against the wall the left hand  fingers touching the corner of the side wall my brother make a mark with the pen at the end of my right hand and i measured 3 times and i found 192 cm this is how i measured my wingspan , i told you i have a wide shoulders than all my 5,10 foot 5,11friends  once i tried a t-shirt of my friend who is 1 cm taller than me the t-shirt didn't fit lol at all
