I did my 18 in november I checked my doctor this month, and I still have my growth plates open If I take HGH growing pills, will I grow taller?? and how much guys help out.

I did some research and I found alot of topics saying that the vacines of HGH do the same as pills, so I'm confused and If we stop growing at the age of 21-23 how can I know for sure my plates are about to close?
