After I got over the fact that his mom is taller than his dad, and how he dwarfs BOTH of them, I realized that all his extra height comes from his legs. Or almost all of it. This guy would make Apo look proportional in comparison! The distance between the top of his speedo and the top of his mom's is almost equal to their total height difference. If we would see a picture of him from head to toe he definitely wouldn't look proportionate, but it would look "natural" since theres almost a 0% chance he did LL.
His arms are also short. The only mitigating factors are that he has pretty muscular legs and a wide torso. I'm starting to think that there's like a universal minimum sitting height of tall men--probably about 37 inches or 93cm--that anyone who has it can pull off a lot of LL and become a leggy, but still reasonable looking tall guy.
