Take the supplements and do the stretching that you're considering and tell us what happens. It's the only way to know if it'll work, debating on the forum won't get you anywhere.

You are right. I'm on it. 3 months in on glucosamine and starting stretching and anterior pelvic tilt fixing exercises.
