I don't plan on doing 20 cm of lengthening. It is my fantasy, however, to do that much. How would I look after a hypothetical 20 cm of lengthening (10 cm on my tibias and 10 cm on my femurs)?

I can tell the arms a little short. My wingspan is only 174 cm, while me at a projected 20 cm of lengthening would have me at 189 cm. Of course, in my fantasy world of leg lengthening where I can do 4 inches per segment without losing athletic ability, I could also do 6 cm of arm lengthening per humerus, which would put my wingspan at 186 cm.

The second picture is the max lengthening possible in terms of recovering full functionality (as stated by Dr. Paley and others), which is 14.5-15 cm.

My sitting height ratio would be about 0.5, which is normal. Are you referring to arm length?

The only athletic limitations i'm worried about is muscular strength and power. I could honestly care less about running or all of the acrobatic stuff Sweden does lol.

Although, Dr. Paley seems to think full (or near full) athletic recovery is possible with 7 cm on the tibias and 8 cm on the femurs; i've seen other doctors with similar recommendations, so that's all good.

Yeah, it's is my dream to be at least 6'0. I'd fkING LOVE to be 6'2, but, unfortunately, we don't all get exactly what we want.

It would probably only be by about 3-4 cm on each side. That would put my wingspan at a total of 182 cm.

I've got pretty big arms, man. My bench press is about 250.

Oh, ok, that makes sense. I've always thought my hands were a little small.

The first picture is 6'3 (or about 189 cm). The second picture is about 6'0 (or 184 cm). I plan to lengthen my humerus by about 4 cm per arm for a total wingspan of 182 cm.

Maybe with externals. I don't plan on doing any more than 7-8 cm on my tibias.

I might go 5 cm per humerus, but i'll have to see how doable that is.
