Okay so first of all I'm not sure if my measurements are 100% accurate... but from what I got
Wingspan 180 CM
Torso 22 Inches
Sitting Height 34 and a half inches
I did 2 inches femur and 2 inches tibia

I would give a bit more love to the femurs. Seems like your tibias are relatively long.

To me it looks you have just lengthened your tibias in the mock ups. Your femur does not looks to be lengthened 2 inches.
