I don't live in India and not trying to defend anyone. The point is there are 1 billion people in India who get their treatment there by his logic we all are crippled because we get some sort of surgery or treatment from an Indian doc at some point in our lives. There are a lot of sh*t docs here and the US is def better if it doesn't mean Parihar is also a sh*t doc. He has good reviews and the only option if you don't have money. The point this racist is trying to make is do it in the west or don't do it at all.

Yeah the US is way better no denying it, India will never come close. I also believe that most Indian doctors in LL are not good options. The only doctor who has really proven himself, and is recommended by Paley, is Parihar. His fee's are around $15-20k less than the cheapest US doctor, and the cost of the living expenses (hotel, food, etc..) is much cheaper than the US. So I believe that Parihar is a good option for those who can't afford to go to the US, or some European surgeons, and is a better option than Russian doctors.
