Hi guys Im currently 177cm, 30" inseam and have 180-181cm wingspan. Looking to lengthen 6cm to 183cm. I think I have kyphosis and anterior pelvic tilt so if I can correct that I could get close to 185cm. My mockups here are for 6cm to tibia or femur. I've included a new photo as I think the mirror might have distorted my proportions in the original photos.

So here are my new pics which I hope are proportionally correct. What should it be 6cm tibias or femurs?

Money isn't a concern at the moment and if im doing it im going to do internals with Paley or Guichet. So the concern is whether tibia or femurs will give me better proportions and recovery. Btw how do you measure your hip?
