I measure it with a book on my own and every time I'm getting different measurements ranging from 30 to 33 inches, usually 32 with my back against the wall (which seems way too long for 5'6 and doing LL) but when I face the wall I get 30.5 inches. How do I get a precise measurement?

Looking at the pants you wear might help. They tend to have inseam measurements according to sizes for specific brands all around the web.
