How do you get time for the surgery?

I suppose that the majority of the ppl here want keep the surgery in secret to other ppl apart to the nuclear family (or even from them as well), and that is a big problem to me, because to start walking whit normality takes like maybe 5 to 6 months or more if you do a big lengthening, and it's a long time to no see to anyone.
I think that I would say that I go to a big city to make a class of idiom, or other thing like that, but anyway my recess of the college is 3 months long.
How do you afford this dilemma?
