I don't get it. barefoot I' 176 cm in the morning and 174 in the evening so whats my real height ? in my normal air max shoes im 179 ? and thats what people see. at home in my slippers im 176 whats my fking height

Measure yourself after 6-7 hours out of bed.
actually nobody will mind height so much that he thinks you should tell your evening height. What's more you can say you are 180CM tall
