I read about you. I'm glad the infection didn't come back. I may have the same symptoms as you. I also recently had femur lengthening surgery in Turkey. Immediately after the release of the IT band, I felt uncomfortable, and from that time on, my knee became unstable. Did you notice any discomfort in your knee immediately after the release? Also, is the IT band so soft and is there still something like a ball left in the left thigh?
