How many cm before the wingspan/arm length to height becomes noticeable?

I have a 30inch (76.2cm) inseam and 89.5cm sitting height. and 170cm tall

I'm finding it hard to take a photo since I don't have a tripod for an accurate photo. I'm also bulking up to a more suitable weight than what I am now.
